House rules

Arrival
The room is available from 2:00 pm. Please let us know your expected arrival time by phone.
Departure
The room must be vacated by 10:30 am. This time is not flexible, to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guests. Any delay may incur a surcharge.
Quiet hours
Please keep quiet between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Not allowed
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation: smoke detectors are fitted in all rooms. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, using the ashtray provided.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Respect for peace and quiet and for other guests
The property is inside an apartment divided into separate rooms. To make sure everyone enjoys a pleasant and peaceful stay, please avoid shouting, loud voices and excessive noise, out of respect for the other guests. Abuelita is designed for quiet stays, ideal for couples and adults.
